Born in Austin, Texas, Keely Allison Ward attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Ms. Ward obtained her law degree from the University of Houston where she was a member of the Phi Beta Phi Honors Fraternity. Ms. Ward is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
